We accept a limited number of reservations up to one month in advance for parties of up to ten guests.
Perfect for an intimate gathering of 30pp sitting or 50pp standing.
This moody room includes banquettes, wood paneling and a fireplace to fulfill that cozy vibe.

The space is comfortable and equipped with its own bar & kitchen.
Second floor is a perfect area for a cocktail party.
Equipped with a bar, restrooms and its own kitchen, this romantic room is adorned with a hand painted ceiling mural, brick walls, chandeliers, and church pews.
Can accommodate 50pp standing or 25pp sitting comfortably.
The Bunkie is our third floor all season patio and can accommodate up to 20pp seated.
Think “chalet in the city” vibe.
The third floor can seat up to 50pp and accommodate 75pp cocktail style.
This floor has an all-season patio and its own bar.
The roomiest of them all.

Please be advised that a 200.00 deposit/set up fee is required to hold the space.
This deposit is non-refundable however it is interchangeable for dates during the same year of the original booking, this change must happen one week before the event to be valid.
This deposit is in addition to your minimum spend and will not be put towards your event. It will also not be refunded back to you, as it is finally utilized as a set-up fee for your event. Unfortunately, we do not offer dinner, lunch, or brunch in exchange for a deposit of a missed event.

Minimum spends are not room fees, they are a commitment from the customer that they will cover the amount necessary to occupy the area, plus tax and tip, which in return will give them exclusive rights to the room for the duration of their event and within our hours of operation.
All party fees and totals are due at the end of every event.
A minimum spend can be reached collectively; however, the host/hostess will be responsible for the balance if full amount is not reached collectively.
We have 3 areas or the entire restaurant available for any type of soiree.
Please note: If you wish not to have an exclusive room you will not need to leave a deposit or commit to a minimum spend if your table is for 20pp or under.
Reservation below 20pp
A large reservation of 20pp or under does not require a deposit or a minimum spend commitment.
